Cancellation Policy

Before your visit, here's what to know about arrival, timing, and cancellations.

Getting Ready for Your Visit

  • Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session to allow time for parking and settling in.

  • Check In: Check in at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Silence Devices: Please silence and put away your phone before entering the space.

Late Arrival

  • Group Sound Baths: Arriving 5 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will result in a cancelled, non-refundable spot.

  • All Other Services: Arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled time will result in a cancelled, non-refundable appointment.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • 2+ Hours Notice: Cancel at least 2 hours before your session for a full refund.

  • Less Than 2 Hours Notice: Cancellations inside the 2-hour window are non-refundable.

  • No Refunds on No-Shows: No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
