  • A quiet area big enough for you and your guests to lie down comfortably is enough. Indoors or outdoors both work, as long as there's room to spread out.

  • Most spaces work better than people expect. We'll talk through your space ahead of time and help you figure out the best spot, whether that's a living room, backyard, or somewhere else entirely.

  • Those counties are our standard service area. If you're just outside them, reach out and we'll see what's possible.

  • We provide all the sound healing instruments and set the space for you. Bringing your own pillow, blanket, or yoga mat can add extra comfort.

  • Yes. The 45 minutes is the session itself. We'll arrive ahead of time to set up and take a little time afterward to pack up, so plan for some extra time around the session.
