Synergy Healing Arts (“Synergy,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the personal information we gather when you visit synergy-healingarts.com, book with us, or attend a session, event, or training, and what we do with it.

  • Details you give us. When you book an appointment, register for an event or training, fill out a form, or contact us, we may ask for your name, email address, phone number, and the reason for your visit. Some booking forms also ask optional questions, such as health considerations we should know about before a session. Share only what you’re comfortable sharing.

    Payment details. We never see or store full card numbers. Card payments are handled by our booking and payment providers (described below).

    Website data. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser, device type, approximate location, and the pages you view. Our website platform gathers this through cookies and built-in analytics.

    • To schedule, confirm, and remind you about appointments, events, and trainings

    • To answer questions you send us

    • To prepare for your session and keep it safe and comfortable for you

    • To keep records of payments and bookings

    • To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it

    • To meet legal or tax obligations

    We use your phone number and email for booking confirmations, reminders, and messages about your appointment. We do not send marketing texts. If we ever start a newsletter or promotional messages, we’ll ask you to opt in first.

  • We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, and only as much as they need:

    • Squarespace, which hosts our website

    • Acuity Scheduling and its connected payment processor, which handle online booking, reminders, and online card payments

    • Square, which processes in-studio card payments

    • Venmo or Zelle, if you choose to pay that way (their own privacy terms apply)

    • Our email and phone service providers, so we can reply to you

    We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or if we believe it’s needed to protect someone’s safety.

  • By giving us your phone number or email when you book, you agree to receive messages about your appointments. Standard message and data rates may apply. To stop text reminders, reply STOP. You can also contact us to change how we reach you. Opting out of reminders won’t cancel any booking.

  • We limit who can access your information and rely on providers that use encryption and industry security practices. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

  • We keep booking and payment records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal requirements. After that, we delete them or make them anonymous.

  • You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons. Send your request through our Contact page or by email, and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

  • Our site links to other websites, such as social media pages and our partner instrument shop. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

  • Our sessions, events, and trainings support relaxation and personal well-being. They are not a substitute for medical or mental health care, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
