Terms of Service

Synergy Healing Arts offers Reiki, sound healing, sound baths, tarot readings, instrument consultations, and trainings. These practices are offered for relaxation, reflection, and spiritual well-being.

Our services are not medical, psychological, or mental health treatment, and nothing on this site or in a session is a diagnosis or a promise of any result. Experiences vary from person to person. Keep following the advice of your doctor or other licensed provider, and talk with them before booking if you have a health concern.

Please tell us before your session if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other implanted device, have epilepsy or a seizure history, are sensitive to sound or vibration, or have any condition that makes lying down for an extended time uncomfortable. We may adjust or reschedule a session for your comfort and safety.

Reiki may involve light, clothed touch or hands held just above the body. You can ask for a hands-off session, and you can ask us to pause or stop at any time.

You take part voluntarily and are responsible for your own health and choices during and after a session. We may decline or end a session if someone appears to be under the influence, behaves in a way that is unsafe or disrespectful, or if continuing would not be appropriate.

Book online through our scheduling page or by contacting us. Payment is due when you book unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. We accept card payments through our online booking system, card payments in the studio through Square, and Venmo or Zelle. Prices are listed on our booking page and may change, but a change won’t affect a booking you’ve already paid for.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, we may cancel the related booking.

Our Cancellation Policy explains arrival times, late arrivals, cancellations, refunds, and no-shows. It applies to every booking unless the booking page or a written agreement says otherwise.

When we come to your home or another location you choose:

• You confirm you have permission to host a session there.

• You’ll provide a safe, reasonably quiet space with room for guests to lie down, and keep pets secured during the session.

• You’re responsible for your guests and for the condition and safety of the location.

• Our posted service area and pricing apply. The session time does not include our setup and pack-up time.

Our certificates confirm that you completed a Synergy Healing Arts training. They are not a government license, and they do not guarantee clients, income, or acceptance by any other organization. Check the rules where you plan to practice. Course manuals and materials are for your personal use and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to disrupt it, access areas that aren’t public, or send spam or harmful code through it. The information on the site is general and may change without notice.

The text, photos, video, audio, logos, and design on this site belong to Synergy Healing Arts or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please don’t copy, republish, or sell our content without written permission.

We may link to websites we don’t control, such as social media or our partner instrument shop. We aren’t responsible for their content or policies.

To the extent the law allows, Synergy Healing Arts and its practitioners are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses, or for emotional or physical reactions connected with a session, event, or training. If we are found responsible for a loss, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the service involved. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site or booking after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Utah law governs these terms. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
