Photography and Videography

We often capture photos and video during our classes, workshops, certifications, private sessions, public events, and other activities at our facility.

Your Consent
By registering for or attending any service or event, you acknowledge and consent to the capture and use of your name, image, likeness, voice, and participation in photographs, video recordings, and other media created by Synergy Healing Arts.

How We Use These Materials
These materials may be used for promotional, educational, advertising, marketing, social media, website, print, and other lawful business purposes without additional notice or compensation.

Ownership
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all photographs, videos, recordings, and other media created by or on behalf of Synergy Healing Arts remain the exclusive property of Synergy Healing Arts.

If You'd Rather Not Appear
Individuals who do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings must submit a written request to Synergy Healing Arts before the event begins. Upon receiving such written notice, Synergy Healing Arts will make reasonable efforts to honor the request. Because our group events involve shared spaces, we can't guarantee you'll never appear incidentally in the background of a photo or video.

Guest Instructors & Collaborators
The presence or participation of guest instructors, contractors, musicians, facilitators, or collaborators in any event does not grant ownership, copyright, licensing rights, or distribution rights to any photographs, video recordings, promotional materials, or other media created by or for Synergy Healing Arts unless expressly agreed to in a written contract signed by both parties.
